Dry Cough, Tickling In Throat, Nausea. Taking Lamictal And BP Medicine
i have had a dry cough caused by a tickling in my throght. It will not go away. it is not because i am congested. It is so bad at times i feel like throwing up. this has been ongoing for appx 2 to 3 weeks. i do take lamictal and a blood pressure medication i hope you can get back with me. i do not have my own internet connect but you can reach me at YYYY@YYYY or call me at 520-576-3510. I live in tucson az and i just read of an outbreak of whooping cough in tx I have not been there.
As you are having dry cough, trickling in throat and nausea this indicates about sinusitis with cough because trickling means post nasal drip which is characteristic of sinusitis. But at the same time you are taking anti hypertensive treatment which may also be responsible as ACE inhibitors ( contents of blood pressure drugs ) are well known for producing dry cough.
