Dry Mouth, Burning Sensation From Tongue To Food Pipe And Lips. Biopsy Showed Hyperplasia Of Salivary Glands, Without Malignancy. Is There Treatment?

my mouth becomes dry along with burning sensation from tounge which gradually progresses towards my food pipe only one sidedly . also i have burning sensation on my lips sometimes.It makes me restless and depressed .I have been told that it is BMS and it cannot be treated.I got my biopsy done which showwed hyperlasia with of salaivary glands, with no symptoms of malignancy .i want to know wether it can't really be treated.

Thanks for posting your query.
Since you have got a biopsy report of hyperplasia of salivary gland,i would advice you to get the treatment as early as possible.
Depending on the severity of disease ,treatment can be planned.
Avoid intake of spicy,salty food items.
Stop the habit of tobacco or pan chewing if you practice any.
Maintainoral hygiene well.
Take vitamin becosules and iron supplements.
