Mr iftekhar!
Had been through your question.
your age is now the age you need to care for in precautions and modifications in diet, sleep, activities and life style.
right now your heart is good. sinus rhythm is normal activity when heart beats in the range of 60 to 100 with no abnormality in it and you are fine in that regard.
Your weight is just a little raised , your body mass index right now is 25.46 we doctors advise to keep it below 25 at any cost. so you are near.. make 75 kg your border line.
Your lipid profile is just crossing the upper limits of normal. So buckle up and hold your horses. You need to work here out. Excercise, 45 minutes a day at least. modify diet and lifestyle.

And your hypertension case is something you should control. Losartan is a good antihypertensive and renal friendly. so keep using it regularly, have a regular BP monitoring. and you are good to go
I will say at this age you have maintained your self well but you need to work out the issues i mentioned and you wont be out of the woods.
