Hi, Thanks for writing your query. It seems that you are having infectiion in the upper respiratory tract. You should get yorself examined by an ENT specialist. White bumps can be due to tonsillar stones/infetcion of the tonsils. Tonsillar stone can result in pain in throat during swallowing and also in foul smelling breath. If present, they can be removed by your ENT doctor. You should get a throat swab culture done along with Complete Blood Count. You can take pain killer like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals along with antacid for relief of pain. Antibiotic can be added according to the culture/senstivity reports.
