Early Period, Gas, Stomach Pain, Lower Back Pain, Nauseated. What Should I Do?

My period came on earlier than usual, wasn't heavy, lasted for about four days and went off. I'm also having bad gas, lower back pains, and feels like something is moving in my stomache. I took a pregnancy test the day before my period started because I was feeling nauseous, but it was negative. I think the test was wrong but I'm not sure. What should I do?

Hi!. As you had a period your chances of pregnancy are remote. You may be suffering from Acid peptic disease. See a GP/ Gastroenterologist.
