Early Period, Lower Back Pain. Had Polyp Removal. Fibroid Discovered. Help

Hi I got my period 5 days early for seven days, about a week later I started spotting then became heavier lasting 9 days ending in bright red spotting, I also still have Lower back pain and a feeling of pressure , had polyp removed 4 months ago and was told I had small fibroid. After polyp was removed had normal cycles until now. Thanks in advance.

-menorrhagea and inter-menstrual spotting due to fibroid
-Hormonal imbalance.
So you consult gynecologist once and go for physical examination and ultrasound to find out the possible cause and take treatment accordingly.
If your doctor suggests go for thyroid profile once.
