Effect Of Masturbation On Fertility

i want to know do masturbation cause infertility. from age of 14 i do some time daily some time twice a day some time twice a week. i want to know is there any effect on fertility of sperm by masturbation. what are precautions to prevent infertility and can it be diagnosed by any general symptoms . i have asked this question just for awareness
