Elevated ESR Levels In The Blood Test, Swollen Lymph Gland In The Neck. Should I Worry?

Hi, I had Complete Blood picture, ESR and Complete Urine Test Complete Blood Picture test and Urine test shows values under normal range. However ESR shows 20mm/hour in 1st hour and 45mm/hour in 2nd hour I have some what swelling in Lymph gland in neck with sensation in upper teeth, ENT has referred this tests. Anything to be worried of?

Hi
As you have high ESR and swollen lymph nodes, it can be some chronic disease- infection like tuberculosis or some tumor. So please get fine needle aspiration test or biopsy/histopathological examination for appropriate diagnosis.
