Hi and welcome to healthcare magic

Exhaustion can be due to insuffient sleep which is a very common problem ( sleep specialist state tht an adult should sleep 7 to 9 hours a night)
(2) anemia which is low red cell mass- the red cells are responsible for transporting oxygen to the differernt parts of the body and in this condition there is reduced oxygenation resulting in one of the cardinal symptoms-fatigue. Diagnosed by history of using foods that may be defiecient in iron, excess or unusual bleeding, palpitations, shortness of breath, pale mucus membranes on examination and blood tests
(3)hypothroidism can cause fatigue- the thyroid gland is making insuffient thyroid hormone which is important in metabolism
(4)poorly controllled chronic illnesses like diabetes or ther presence of other chronic disease conditions
(5) it can also be psychological - depression is associated with fatigue

The increased thirst can be due to excess fluid loss and inadequate compensatory intake. You stated that you are sweating alot more, this means that you are losing more fluid through the skin which would need to be replaced.
Increased loss can also occur in situations such as uncontrolled or unrecognised diabetes where persons pass alot of urine and as a result become extremely thristy. In addtion there are certain hormones in our body which control our fluid intake and our fluid loss and if they are not working properly or our bodies are not responding to them then it can lead to the above symptoms.
If it continues it would be best to visit your doctor for a full check up.

In terms of the weight loss , most persons eventually reach a plateau where the weight loss ceases because your body actually tries to combat the loss by increasing certain hormones that slow the metabolism and increase your appetite.
It is important to remember that studies have shown that a 7 to 10% loss is all that is needed to reduce blood pressure, reduce cholesterol and reduce the blood sugar.

What you need to do is try to maintain this weight loss for a while then restart the weight loss program again.
Most people tend to regain the weight because they don't realise that every pound you have lost counts. To maintain your weight loss you will need to: monitior your intake, monitor your weight weeklu, exercise at least 300 mins a week (exercise is more important in weight maintainence than in weight loss), reduce the tv or screen time, eat breakfast every day- when you skip meals you tend to over eat later in the day.

Don't give up- give up and the weight goes back on, 25 pounds is alot of weight to lose, keep it off and then start back
Don't give up
You can see you doctor if you continue to have symptoms

I hope this information is helpful to you and wishing you the best
