Experienced Pain In Abdomen And Lumbar Spondylysis

I had pain in abdomen and lumbar spondylysis.I was advised osteofit c for one month twice daily with hosit one tab daily.i felt better after one 15 days so I took one tablet each daily.but after two months again I had pain in abdomen and I started taking hosit again and there is no pain . I have taken for q 10 days. Is there any side effects if I take this for 10-15 days in a interval of 2-3 months
