Experiencing Dizziness At Night, 3-4 Nosebleeds Per Week, Rooom Spins Fast. Any Medication ?

I have been experiencing dizziness at night when I go to bed and when I wake in the morning, the room either spins very fast or vertically "jumps up and down" I also have been having approx 3-4 nosebleeds per week, which are always from my left nostril (I don know if that is relevant) but the dizziness is getting more intense, but goes away after I am up and around for about one hour or so, I do not drink alcohol or take medication.

Hi ! The first thing you should do is visit your family physician to get your blood pressure checked up. Many a times,unsuspected hypertension is diagnosed with such symptoms. The dizziness also correlates with hypertension. So without delaying, you should get your blood pressure checked up. If it is normal, then only your physician will investigate you more to arrive at a diagnosis.
