Experiencing Headache Specially At The Temple Region

I have been having headaches for a long time. I had my eyes checked and I did need glasses but even with wearing my glasses the headaches are still here. they are mostly in the temple area and above the tops of my ears. I have had a MRI, nothing showed up. I have had blood work and nothing has shown up.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. I wanted to stress that are you wearing your glasses regularly. If not , then do it. Try always to do fine work like reading in good light. Besides that you can do yoga and meditation which will remove boredom and rejuvinate you from inside. Do Tratak to relax your eye muscles. Also keep eating healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water to detoxify yourself. These things will gradually destress you. Take pacimol for acute attack.
