Experiencing Migraine And Headache. Have Sore Neck, Shoulder And Arm. What Could This Be?

I have experienced an increase in migraines over the last 5months from 1 every 3 months to about 1 every week. Along with this, I have been experiencing a constant headache on my right side for the last 3 weeks and in the last few days a sore neck, shoulder and arm on the right side. I have also had a daily twitch in my left eyelid for the past couple of months but I'm not sure it is related. What could this be? How do I find a good doctor? Thank you
