Experiencing Pain On Knees Due To An External Injury

I fell on my knees, on concrete, 4 days ago. Had difficulty walking, bearing weight immediately. Could not straighten leg for next 2 days. Can now walk with only minimal pain. Hurts to straighten completely but only minimally. I have a very, very tender spot just below kneecap on that bone (fibula?). I don t know if just waiting will be ok as it is improved or because of the pain in one spot I should have it checked out. If I can walk on it does that mean I should not worry?
