Experiencing Pain & Tenderness In Breast But No Discharge

sir in my breast of areola portion is very heard n tenerness is there but no discharge its very painful while touching. i had medicine sevista 1/2 tb ad n sider k, combiflame and mox tab. all these gone vain n 2 month back dr chaked my t3t4tsh he found slight hyperprolectimia

You have not mentioned your age and whether you are breast feeding or not and whether you have any family history of breast cancer. That would ve helped. Anyways, if you are less than 40 years of age then get a breast ultrasound done, else a mammogram. That will rule out the presence of an underlying lump. If there is no lump then get a serum prolactin done. If raised then consult an endocrinologist. If there is a lump then consult an oncosurgeon immediately.
