Hi Dr.
I am 25, and I've been experiencing the following symptoms ever since I was 16. I wouldn't be doing any intense physical activity and I wouldn't be depressed or sad or anything bad psychologically speaking.
I experience short of breath, sudden sweating like I'm soaking in sweat in a second, and my vision becomes black. I can't hold myself standing anymore and either I find a place to sit or I just collapse on whatever i am standing on. Few minutes later, I start having nausea and if I am lucky I throw up. When I throw up, I feel better and I can sleep but after throwing up, I feel my head splitting into 2. At first they doubted this has something to do with the heart but the ECG turned out to be fine, they performed the "tilt test" and it showed that I can stand for 15 minutes net before I faint. Then it was official and I was diagnosed with migraine. But I have always been concerned about the vision blackening out and the sweat and all that. Can you advise please?
