Extra Lump In Ball Sack, Hanging Low, Red Veins. What Could Cause This?
I ve noticed a small extra lump in my ball sack. I don t have any pain it just feels uncomfortable like they are sticking to my leg. Also this evening i ve noticed now that my they are hanging very low and I m seeing very red veins on the sack. It s been uncomfortable for a few days but I didn t think anything of it.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Epididymal Cyst.However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum. Please consult qualified Urologist for examination and further treatment. If it is painful you may need to get it excised .
