Eye Sight 1.75 Cylindrical, Minor Or Major ?

Hi recently I have got my eyes checkup and doctor told me that I have 1.75 eye sight and it is cylindrical I was suffering with headache and was unable to see distance items clearly Is my eye sight minor or a major one

Dear ABC, do not worry , You are having an Astigmatic refractive error. Not a big problem at all, many of your friends and collegues may be suffering from this. Wearing glasses will make you see better so keep on wearing glasses. if you are old enough you can also opt for Contact lenses if you wish so.

You could be suitable for a surgical procedure called LASIK. This can permanently rid you of your glasses. Please contact your nearest ophthalmologist
