Face Waxed, Got Tiny Little Acne Like Red Bumps On Left Cheek, Taking Anti Allergy Tablet, Not Much Improvement. Remedy?
hii, my question is not directly related to acne . I get my face waxed every 2 months for my facial hair. This time around when i got my face waxed tiny little acne like red bumps (with no itchin)g have appeared on my left cheek after a few hours. i have been splashing ice cold water plus taking an anti allergy tablet but there is very little improvement and its almost 3 days now. Please suggest me some remedy.

You seem to be having wax folliculitis. You could apply a mild topical corticosteroid cream like hydrocortisone or desonide twice a day for 3 days.
Do continue cold compresses with ice packs.
