Failure In Conception, All Reports Normal, Partner With Normal Semen Reports, Get Clots In Menstrual Flow. Is This Serious?

Hi I am 32 year old woman married fr 4.9 years tryng to get pregnant since last 2.5 years but unable to concieve I have gone thru various test such as tsh /acr/prolactin/ft3/ft4/ hsg all are normal and my husband semen analysis also done which is also nrml recently done pcr for menstrual blood awaitng report . My menstrual cycle is normal and lasts fr 3.5 days and is regular .in some cycle I felt clots in my menstrual blood which is painful also is it some thing serious . Please suggest can i conceive normal and get pregnant m desparately wants a baby please suggest .my email id is YYYY@YYYY

hello mam, thanks for using this medium to pose your worry. what you talked about is whet we term primary infertility. infact the man and the woman share equal responsibility (45% each), as far as the cause is concerned and both the man and the woman have problems in 10% of cases.
your clotting menses could be as a result of hormonal imbalance (low progesterone level), as well as a result of sexually transmitted infections like mycoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamydia etc.
i think you should go for these tests as well as a pelvic ultrasound to rule out an ovarian disease, then get appropriate gynecological follow-up together with your husband.
if it still does not work-out, then try in-vitro fertilisation.
