Fall At Work, Landed On Left Side Of Body. All Ok But Wrist Is Popping And Painful. How Long To Heal ?

Hi! I actually work for ENT MD Anyways, took fall at work landing on left side of body Was able to see chiropractor soon after so neck, back, knees feeling better but I also landed on left hand I know its not broken cause I can move fingers bit vain from end of thumb to wrist is popping and very painful when I remove ice pack I've taken aspirin and ibuprofen but not helping Do I need to go to an Urgent Care or will this just fix itself? Thank You In Advance!

Yes, you need to get a X-ray of your wrist done to rule out fracture which is most likely in your case.
Most common fracture due to fall on an outstretched arm is "Colle's Fracture".
Consult with & get physically examined by your Orthopaedic Surgeon.
Take Anti-inflammatory drugs, Pain killers, with your doctor's opinion.
