Fast Heartbeat And Shortness Of Breath, Please Advise

Hello Doctor , I m 24 years old girl. Since a week, I am having fast heartbeat and shortness of breath . Moreover, I feel tired or actually exhausted all the time. My body remains cold and I get severe chills. Whatever the time of the day is or whatever the weather is, I always feel cold. Sometimes, but it barely happens that I get sudden sweats. My main concern is my heartbeat and shortness of breath. Plus, I have a history of Acute Bronchitis . I once went to the doctor for my heart check up. One report was not normal and all other reports showed I am fine. But I still face the same problems and the palpitations increased. Please advise
