Fatigue After Exercise, Anxiety. Heart And Blood Tests Normal. What Can I Do?
Hi. I suffer from a much higher than normal fatigue after exercising. The harder I exercise the more excessive the fatigue is. It will generally last 36-48 hours. I have been for so many tests including heart , blood etc and nothing been found. I may be suffering from some type of anxiety caused by work as well. I have this Problem for about 8 years.
Assuming ur middle aged if you r able to do your daily routine without any difficulty (for example palpitations, chest pain and difficulty in breathing) you don't have to worry.
I presume you would have done Ecg,Echocardiogram,Hemoglobin,Blood sugars and
cholesterol levels. If they are within normal limits you should probably meditate (practise yoga),
do aerobic exercises or workout in a gym, sleep well and plan a healthy diet with lots of green leafy vegetables.
Consult a physician if you are too anxious and get anti anxiety medicines.
Hi, Larrysilber,
