Fatigue, Muscle Pain, Nausea, Occasional Fever. Typhidot Test Positive. Treatment? Chance Of Daughter Getting Affected?

hi, i am experiencing these symptoms since past one week: fatigue, muscle pain, nausea, slight occasional fever and loss appetite. I have a daughter who is 2 years old. i have done my blood test for beta-HcG (negative), ESR (negative) and Typhoid (typhidot-positive, IgM negative and IgG positive). I suffered from Typhoid and malaria and then again chronic malaria around 4 years back.
1. Am i Having Typhoid?
2. How sever it is (almost no fever)
3. Should it be treated
4. What are the chances of my daughter getting affected?

You maybe having typhoid as typhoid can lead to chronic infection and carrier stage after an infection in many patients.
It may not be severe at present but if not treated it may become
It certainly needs to be treated, however your daughter cant get it from you but she may if she has had the same source of water or food from you got infected.

Most important typhoid test like widal may be false positive in malaria hence check that part as well and then start treatment.
Boil and drink water. Use cleanliness hygeine at home
Wash hands before cooking and see a gastroenterologist
