Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Most of the time, this will be a viral illness only. If she is otherwise playful and taking feeds, we need not worry. Just give paracetamol when needed, make her drink enough fluids and have some rest. She will be fine in a couple of days. No need to worry about count or liver enzymes as of now. If fever continues beyond 5 days, new symptoms adds up, or if she becomes lethargic, kindly take to pediatrician for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
