Feel Heated Inside Head, Neck Is Stiff And Hand Is Numb With Sharp Pain In Nose. Underlying Cause?

I have been getting what feels like "a hot worm: travelling in the left side of my head only. This has been going on since January of this year. My neck is so stiff and now my left hand is numb and I have tingling on on my right fingers. I received a CT scan about three weeks which showed nothing. There is also a sharp pain in nose (or back of). I asked to get a MRI but the doctors think Im just stressed---Im not stressed. Help

You may consult a general physician for your symptoms. Your symptoms may not indicate a brain disease. Sometime common systemic illnesses like diabetes may also cause parasthesia (tingling) like you are experiencing.
It may help to broaden the search.
