Feel Tightness & Pain In Back Head. Pulling Hairs Relieves Pain. Had An Accident Before. Scan Shows A Thin Crack. Suggestions?

I feel tightness and pain in the back portion of my head since last four months, pulling hairs gives relief. I also experience uneasiness. Few years back I happened to meet an accident, my bike skidded but that time I didn't feel much pain. Then 2-3 years before I start feeling pain 4" below the neck and near the right shoulder bone. As per dr. advice I had Shoulder Scan that showed a very thin crack covered by fat lair, I took treatments but it is still there and feel pain and uneasiness specially in the morning and now this new problem of headache also started. I couldn't concentrate my mind and afraid to take responsibilities and don't feel to attend my shops work. I just married. After my engagement I got an unknown person call about the girl that she was engaged with some other boy and is already married that shocked me a lot and this news distrubed my whole body functions and routine but after few days I met her and her brother and got the real picture, I got married with her in Feb.13 and this headache started after this incident.

I also have sinus problem and feel mild pai in my left eye and below it. Treated but not got relief.

Which specialist doctor I should consult ?

What is your opinion and suggestions in this regards and medicians you prescribe?

I am from Navi Mumbai.

Hi!. Thanks for your query. As per your complaints you should see a ENT surgeon and follow his advise. The mental tiredness is due to mere Anxiety and any anxiolytic prescribed by your treating doctor should give you good relief. Take care.
