Feeling Cold Feet And Hands, Low Energy, Weight Gain. Using HRT Patch. Is This Adrenal Fatigue?

I have extremely cold feet and hands...I am tired all the time with no energy, low libo, weight gain and hard time losing it. I eat right and stay in a 1200 to 1400 calorie range with 3 days a week exercise. I've had my T4 (1.01) and TSH (1.74) checked. I also use a HRT patch. My GP says I'm ok, but I don't feel like myself. I feel like I'm looking at someone else. I have done 2 salvia test and been told I have adrneal fatigue. Now, what ? Do I just except this as my life now?

Hi, you have extremely cold hands and feet, no energy, tired all the time, weight gain.
It appears that you should change your diet pattern, avoid all fatty foods, sugars, and minimise the sleeping time, in the begening you may feel weak, but slowly you will get accostemed to the diet, and sleep.
Thank you.
