Hi, I am a 24 year old woman. Yesterday, I felt mildly heavy in my head, and I woke up today to a dry throat (not I don't have one anymore), a heavy head, a mild fever (with cold hands and feet), and faint body ache. I feel fatigued in my body as well and feel like I have no energy. I work out 6 times a week, and today is my recovery day, but I generally consider myself to have a good immune system, but am also thinking this might be because my body has been under physical stress (I haven't taken a recovery week in more than a month, and sometimes I do double workouts). How can I make these symptoms go away and be 100%?
