Feeling Of Cramp In Calf, Tightening Of Muscle. Any Ideas?
I've been having this feeling in my calf as if its going to cramp up, but it doesnt..been like this for about a month. When I run it doesn't start hurting until after like 5minutes. then it feels like a tightening of the muscle and it hobbles me. I can continue running but I think its the adrenaline that allows me to do so.
Hi Friend I read your question and as you are a athelet you should be careful in proper hydration , and good blood supply is needed to muscle to maintain muscle tone during running , I suggest you to Increase your level of physical fitness and incorporate regular stretching into your fitness routine. Warm up and cool down thoroughly whenever you exercise or play sport. Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. Make sure your diet is nutritionally adequate, and include plenty of fruits and vegetables. A regular massage may help to reduce muscle tension.
