Feeling Pain In Left Foot, Recovering From 5th Metatarsal Fracture. Suggestion For Early Recovery
I am just recovering from a 5th metatarsal fracture in my left foot and the bone is completely healed now. I have been doing many calf resistance exercises specific to my injury and I have been running for a good 15 min a day on the treadmill but when I try to run out on the field, i still seem to be limping and I cannot run 100 % speed just yet without feeling pain in my foot. It just seems to be taking a long time. I was wondering if you have any suggestions to heal quicker as i am trying to get back in time for tryouts in 2 weeks?
