Feeling Pulse In The Ear While Standing Or Bending Over. Do I Have Pulsatile Tinnitus?
I can hear my pulse in my ear, especially when quickly standing or when bending over. A GP declared the chances of pulsatile tinnitus acting as the causation for something serious is so minute, that a referral for imaging testing would be a waste of money (I am absent health insurance). He stated the chances of severity as less than 1/10 of one percent. Is this true?

Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding feeling of pulse in ear and tinnitus.
