Feeling Pulse In The Head, Headache. Yellowish Nasal Discharge. Worried

I have been experiencing headaches for the past few days. I don't know why, maybe because of the hot weather. My headache isn't like any headache I had experienced. I mean, I can feel my head beating, like it has pulse. So today, I felt it beat, and it was painful, after that a clear yellowish liquid ran out of my nose. It was not like mucus, 'cause it just run like water. Plus, it doesn't have a smell.

Welcome to health care magic! The symptoms you have can arise most commonly due to migraine, tension headache or sinusitis. The pulsatile headache fits a description of migraine but the presence of a yellow discharge might be due to a sinus infection. The symptoms need to be probed in detail as to ascertain the exact cause - presence of associated nausea, vomiting or flashes of light or specific triggering agents favouring a migraine, a feeling of pressure inside the sinuses, fever, nasal obstruction favouring a sinusitis. Still, other causes have to be ruled out by a proper consultation. Hope you get well soon! Take care!
