Feeling Tired, Pale Face, Dark Circles. Taking Multivitamins. Have Migraine After Taking Microgynon

I feel tired all the time and look pale with black circles under my eyes, I have no energy but I m sleeping more than ever. I ve started to take multivitamins with iron to try and help me but it is not making a difference. I have been getting migraines during my periods since my pill was changed to microgyon 30 too. I eat very health ( Slimming World diet ) but I have been finding this harder to stick to cause I m craving sweet foods. Can you please help?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

You should eat a balanced diet, including adequate amounts of proteins and carbohydrates, as glucose is essential for maintaining good brain functions. Also, inadequate diet would aggravate the severity of migraines.

For frequent migraine attacks, you may start beta blockers or Topiramate.

I am sure you would get better with treatment.

Best wishes,
