Feels Sick After Bowel Movement, Burning In Anal Region. Done Colonoscopy, Ultrasound. Gall Bladder Removed

I am a 72-year old male in relatively good health, but I had my gall bladder removed several years ago. These days, I feel very sick....like I want to die......after having a bowel movement. I seem to have several in the morning and today had one in the afternoon, atypical for me. It is getting worse and worse. I have had a colonoscopy, ultrasound, etc. and no one seems to know what is wrong. It also burns a little in the anal region, perhaps fizures or something. Help\!
