hi.. i m feeling very sleepy..infact in a subconscious state of mind ..very tired and very weak.. seems like i ll collapse even if i do simple work like going to office..it is happening with me for past 3 weeks..sometimes don t feel like eating anything while yesterday ate a meal of around 2 people..feelo drousy and irritated all the time..can t concentrate..i was under some strees sometime back but now i m not...no matter how much i sleep i still feel sleepy....
I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. You might be right. The stress you experienced must be culprit. But you should realize that it was before 3 weeks. Hope you had enough rest after that. Stress requires proper rest and some vacation.
Stress makes the body tired. Body is kept tired for some days and it is habit forming. Once such habit is formed,. it could be a bit tough to come out of it. Energy is what is needed here.
