Feels Weak, Cold, Headache, Dizzy, Loss Of Appetite

Hi, for nearly a week now I have had a number of symptoms such as feeling extremely weak, feeling unusually cold , headaches , feeling dizzy when I stand up & loss of appetite . I am 17, female & have a pretty good diet so I was wondering if I could get any help or suggestions before rushing to the GP.

HI,
Did you have recent cold or sinusitis? If not, your symptoms suggest some systemic diseases like anemia and hypothyroidism. you also need to check your blood pressure and sugar levels. once they are found normal, you may consult your physician for examination and diagnosis.
