HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The dry skin may be due to some hypovitaminosis and the vitamin E and A would be the possible cause try this two vitamins, but I would like to suggest that some systemic cause has to be investigated, you can discus it with your physician or have opinion from dermatologist if these two vitamin A and E fails to responds, hope this will help you have nice day.
