Fell Down And Hurt. Pain In Right Hip, Groin And Lower Back. Fitness Body. Consult Doctor?
Hello I am a 45 year female with many years of fitness mixed martial arts , running and swimming that injured myself about 5 months ago. I jumped from our boat over the rail in barefeet and landed too hard on the cement. I waited almost 4months thinking it would heal before seeing a doctor. I have pain in my right hip, groin and lower back. The pain sometimes is down my whole leg and most days I can not put all my weight on it, I has always stayed away from medications until this which he gave me cebrelex which I only took for about two weeks. I am waiting for a scan but the lack of mobility and the pain is the most I have ever felt. I am seeing a physio therapist and he is waiting for me to have the scan. I don't like to complain but I think many would just be laying around on pain medication. Could I have fractured something and would I be making it worse by walking on it? Any suggestions for treatment. I am in canada and will pay for something that will work. Thank you

Hi It can be a hairline fracture of pelvic bone.Consult an orthopedician and rule out that. If it is that then you need immobilization. thanks
