Fell Down, Swelling Where Collar Bone Meets Chest, Hard And Raised. Recommendations?

I have felt downwards from my neck straight down the middle of my chest and there seems to be swelling directly bellow where my collar bones meet in the middle of my chest. it feels hard and raised and quite prominent on my chest. I only worry because I haven't felt it before and it seemed larger or more raised than I can say I remember it feeling.
