Fell, Having Numbness Around Knee, Pain. What Can Be Done?

hi I fell about 2 months ago numbness oround my knee I asked my gp if I could have a bllod clot as I was having a lot of pain behind the knee he said no the pain is so bad I cannot sleep I have taken 4 days off as holiday to rest my leg but I am still up in pain

Thanks for your query.
It seems that blood must have clotted around your knee cap, and your symptoms are due to that.
Try putting some ice around it three times in a day for few days.
If it does not improve, you may need to get x-ray done and show to your local doctor.
