Fell With Outstretched Arm. Painful And Swollen. Bone Slightly Bent Towards The Wrist. Have A Bump. Fracture? Problem?

I fell down stairs ànd stopped mysself with my outstretched arm. It has been painful and very swollen for 19 days. Thexray shows a large bump on my ulna exactly where the pain is. The bone is also slightky bowed further down towards the wrist. ER dr said sprained muscles and bone contusion. What is the big bump? How long until this heals? Noo bRace or cast done. Is this a fracture?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be a contusion of the bone, due to impact, hence the swelling, it may take quite some time for healing. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation. Thank you.
