Excluding few language and typographical errors, it is understood that there are some points which need to be further investigated. 1. Single umbilical artery: It occurs in 1% of pregnancies. In 75% of those cases, the baby is entirely normal and healthy. In the rest 25% of babies a careful monitoring is required. 2.Fetal bradycardia: this is the decrease fetal heart rate and needs further evaluation. 3.Less liquor (water in which the fetus bathes) is also another important factor which needs serial monitoring. 4.Difference in dates (15Week 6 days and 17 weeks 6 days) has been mentioned as mistaken dates. Upto 8 weeks discordance in dates is allowed and according to what you have mentioned, the difference is 8 weeks.
I suggest you consult a speciality fetal medicine department in a tertiary care centre and get further evaluation done. Please remember, this is the correct time for curther consultation keeping in mind the baby and mother.
