Fever, Headache, White Spot On Throat That Has Blood Around It. Is It Due To Cocaine Usage?

Hello, right now I have a fever and a headache. I am somewhat prone to strep throat and I usually get a fever as a result of it. However, right now my throat does not hurt and my lymph nodes are not very swollen indicating that I probably do not have strep. I looked at the back of my throat with a flashlight and I do see one white spot on them and it looks like it has a little bit of blood around it. Is there any way my symptoms can be attributed to cocaine use? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Headaches can be a common complication of cocaine use. Increase in the body temperature can also occur .

When cocaine is snorted, it can cause bleeding in the nose and throat.

If you have issues regarding the use of cocaine, it would be best to speak to your doctor or a counselling regarding a drug addiction program that can help you.

Hope this helps
