Hello, Thanks for posting on HCM, At this point it will be useless to get your on further medications without running a complete physical exams, blood tests such as CBC, CRP, ESR, urinalysis, stool exams, Widal tests, blood electrolytes, ASO, maybe a blood culture and other tests that your doctor may deem necessary (depending on your geographical area) etc this aiming to determine both the cause and the severity of the infection you are having. Ones the cause is determined an appropriate antibiotics will be provided (probably IV antibiotics) that will help eradicate the microbes causing those symptoms. You will also require an antipyretic and pain killer (with idly being an NSAID such as ibuprofen). Hope this helps
