Finger Like Growth Outside Vagina. What Are These?

hi i have finger-like outgrowths on the outer part of my vagina, they are no itchy, painful or anything.I have had them for years. I once tried pinching them and they hurt, its as though they have veins on them. They are of the same colour as the cells in the area they are in. Do you have any idea of what they may be and if they are dangerous in anyway.

Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.

After reading your query it appears as possibility of "multiple polyps" at the site you described. These are most often normal growth of the glands over this area Known as "Vestibular polyps".
These appears as pinkish to bit reddish or some times slightly bluish according to the the blood supply of underlying structures. These are totally symptomless (no itching or pain or any other unusual syptom) as are the normal growth so are not at all dangerous.

As these are present since years and are not bothering so you need not to do nothing over it and so no medications for the same.
If you want to confirm the things then can meet a gynecologist according to your ease.
Hope it helps.
