Fistula In Bladder, Bleeding From Rectum. History Of Cancer. Could Bleeding Be Due To Radiations?
I had cancer twice and I developed a fistula in my bladder had lot of bleeding and went into oxygen chambers and the bleeding stop from the vaginal area but I still have bleedig from the retcum, I had the colonscopy in 2005, 2006, 2007 clear no colon cancer, but I do continued have small amount blood in my stool and rectum bleeding it believe that is was caused by radation treatment.
Hi...yes radiation exposure can cause that...its called radiation enteritis...a condition where the bowel mucosa becomes inflamed and friable leading to punctate bleeding...
