Fitness And Diet Query

I am a 21 year old boy. I am a lil bit over weight. I weigh 73.6 kgs and my height is 5.8. I don think my weight is too much but i have gained a lot of fat. I want to reduce it. I run in the evenings in the park near my house. I work hard alot to burn this crappy fat. Am i missing some thing in the diet? Because i don think i am doing any less work out. Kindly help me on this?

Running is a pretty heavy exercise so I don't think there's any problem with your exercise. The problem may be with your food intake.Take green leafy vegetables like Spinach and lots of salad.Take 5 smaller meals at regular interval as compared to 3 heavy meal. One of the meals being only salad. Do not eat between these meals. I tried drinking a lot of water before food and I think it benefited me.I also cut down on sugar in tea and coffee.

You are on the border line case of BMI 25. You will absolutely need to control calorioes to lose weigt. A good paramater for you is to see if you Jog about 2-3 Kms a day or burn atleast 250 calories through exerecise and do not take more than 1800 calories as intake. Do not crash diet and never go on diet lesser than 1200 calories a day.
