Flat Mole On Thigh With White Dot In Centre. Due To Hormonal Change During Menopause?

I am 48 years old female. I have a round flat smooth mole the size of small pea on the right inside thigh. It is light brown in colour with a very small white dot in the centre. It has no worrying symptoms or any signs of change. My concern is that it just appeared overnight. I have started menopause . Could the mole just be a change in hormones?
