Hi, my son reports are as follows. Actually we are not able to find out what has happened to him. He has fever from past 4 days ranging 99-100 degrees. TLC - 0000/c.mm. DLC -83%Polymorphs : 13% Lymphocytes : 0% Monocytes : 04%.Eosinophils :0%. Basophils : .10 mm/hr ESR and HB 15.1 g/dl ,Please guide me what to do and what has happened to him?

I could not see the tlc in the details you mentioned. It is mentioned as 0000 What is its exact value? The polymorphs are elevated and si suggestive of infection. This is also age dependent and I do not have the age of your kid.

Were other investigations done?
Like CRP etc.

What are his basic complaints like?
